On July 2022, M.E.I. Consultants Sdn. Bhd. (MEI) as one of the Top Architecture and Engineering firms in Penang, Malaysia, has successfully provided Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services to Leuze electronic MALAYSIA Sdn. Bhd.

MEI has worked very closely and supported Leuze, who is an international sensor expert from Germany, to build its very first manufacturing plant located at Mukim Tanjung Minyak, Melaka, Malaysia. The total built up of this industrial plant is approximately 100,000 sqft.

The design and construction of this industrial plant have been successfully completed on time and within budget. Throughout the project, our team has achieved a total of 500,000 safe manhours and zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs).

This semiconductor manufacturing plant consist of a Production Manufacturing Area, Production Support Service Office and Warehouse.

MEI is currently providing continuous support and services to Leuze in its development of their Phase 2 expansion!
