M.E.I. Project Engineers Sdn. Bhd. (MEI) as one of the Top Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) firms in Penang, Malaysia, has successfully secured a Design and Build Contract to deliver the very first “Asean” Manufacturing Facility to LEM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (LEM).

MEI has worked diligently, with significant support from LEM. LEM, an internationally renowned expert in electrical measurement from Switzerland, has collaborated with us to build our first manufacturing facility in the ASEAN region. This facility is located at Penang Science Park, Penang, Malaysia. The total built up of the manufacturing facility is approximately 130,000 sqft.

The design and construction progress status right now of the manufacturing facility are ahead of schedule despite challenges during pandemic period, and we believe our talented team able to complete the project on time.

On 4^th July 2023,  our team has celebrated an achievement of 250,000 safe manhours without Lost Time Incidents (LTIs). Kudos to the team and we looking forward for a bigger milestone achievement toward completion of the project.
