We are proud to share another sustainability milestone!
Yesterday, M.E.I. had the honour of handing over the Green Building Index (GBI) Completion & Verification Assessment (CVA) Silver Certificate to LEM Malaysia.
What makes this achievement even more meaningful is that the project was successfully upgraded from a GBI Certified rating at the Design Assessment (DA) stage to GBI Silver at the Completion & Verification Assessment (CVA) stage. This reflects the building’s strong operational performance and the successful implementation of energy-efficient and sustainable design strategies during construction and commissioning.
This achievement demonstrates that sustainable design, when properly executed and operated, can deliver even greater performance than initially anticipated.
Congratulations to the entire project team, our client, and all stakeholders for their dedication, collaboration, and commitment to creating a greener built environment.
Together, we continue building a more sustainable future.
