On 11th December 2024, AMBU and M.E.I. Consultants Sdn. Bhd. (MEI) came together for an exciting Badminton Friendly Match, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and camaraderie. Held in a vibrant and competitive atmosphere, the event brought together 42 enthusiastic participants, showcasing their skills and teamwork on the court.
A Friendly Yet Competitive Spirit
The match served as more than just a sporting event—it was a platform for both companies to engage in healthy competition, strengthen inter-team relationships, and promote an active lifestyle. Players demonstrated agility, strategy, and teamwork, making every rally a thrilling exchange.
Beyond the competition, the event provided an excellent team-building opportunity, allowing colleagues to bond outside the workplace. The friendly nature of the games fostered collaboration, mutual respect, and a spirit of unity, reinforcing the importance of teamwork both on and off the court.
The event was graced by AMBU’s VP of Penang Operation, Mr. Sonny Goh, and MEI’s Project Manager, Ir. Khor Wei Huat, who both emphasized the importance of sports in fostering teamwork, discipline, and collaboration. Their presence and encouragement energized the participants, making the event even more meaningful.
